Cancellation Policy
Valid credit card info is required to book.
No show appointments are not tolerated and will result in an immediate 100% charge of the service booked for.
48 hour cancellation policy:
-If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. We ask this so we may be able to have a proper amount of time to contact other clients who may be waiting on our waitlist that would like your spot.
-If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your original appointment, we will charge your card on file 50% of the service booked for, as this will not enough time to properly contact waitlisted clientele.
By booking your appointment, you are hereby agreeing to the terms in this policy
we have a 15 minute grace period
We run behind schedule too- it happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late! If you exceed the 15 min, we may not be able to take you and you will be asked to reschedule.
