Valid credit card information is required to book your appointment!
No show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service booked for.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment with us! We ask this so that we may be able to have a proper amount of time to contact clients who are waiting on our waitlist that would like your spot. We will be more than happy to reschedule you to a later date fits your schedule!
If your appointment is cancelled within 24 HOURS of your original appointment, a 50% charge of the service booked for will be applied to the card on file, as this will not be enough time to properly contact waitlisted clientele.
A 15 minute grace period will be granted for clients who may be running a bit late. We run behind schedule too- it happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you'll be late. If you happen to exceed the 15 min, we will not be able to take you and you will be asked to reschedule. A 50% charge of the service you were down for will be applied to the card on file.
