Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with us! Please read our policy carefully before proceeding to book.
Valid credit card information is required to book your appointment.
Your appointment is not finalized until your card is on file.
No show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service booked for.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment with us! We ask this so that we may be able to have a proper amount of time to contact clients who are waiting on our waitlist that would like your spot. We will be more than happy to reschedule you to a later date that fits your schedule.
If your appointment is cancelled within the 48 hours of your original appointment, a 50% charge of the service booked for will be applied to the card on file, as this will not be enough time to properly contact waitlisted clientele.
If you have two or more cancellations on your profile, a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments may be required. This amount will be applied to your final service total.
A 15 minute grace period will be granted for clients who may be running a bit late.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you'll be running late.
If you happen to exceed the 15 min, we may not be able to take you and you will be asked to reschedule. A 50% charge of the service you were down for will be applied to the card on file.
If your stylist is booked on your preferred date, please mention that you'd like to be put on their waitlist if you would like. We do not add you onto the waitlist automatically.
Clients on the waitlist are not guaranteed that an appointment will open up before their preferred date.
By booking your appointment, you are hereby agreeing to the terms stated in this policy.
(Any violation of this policy may result in a 50% deposit to book future services OR the complete inability to book future services here at JSS indefinitely.)
