Please read our policies carefully before proceeding to book. 

Valid credit card information is required to book your appointment.
Your appointment is not finalized until your card is on file. 
No show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service booked for.

Your hair’s integrity is our priority at JSS.

For the best results, some color transformations are achieved over multiple sessions.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service date and time. This courtesy allows us the opportunity to accommodate guests currently on our waitlist and maintain the highest level of service.

If your appointment is cancelled within the 48 hours of your original appointment, a 50% charge of the service booked for will be applied to the card on file, as the appointment time is unlikely to be refilled on with short notice.

Two or more cancellations on your profile may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments. This amount will be applied to your final service total.


Grace Period
A 15 minute grace period will be granted for clients who may be running a bit late.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you'll be running late.
If you happen to exceed the 15 min, we may not be able to take you and you will be asked to reschedule. A 50% charge of the service you were down for will be applied to the card on file.


Waitlist
If your stylist is booked on your preferred date, please mention that you'd like to be put on their waitlist if you would like. We do not add you onto the waitlist automatically!
Clients on the waitlist are not guaranteed that an appointment will open up before their preferred date.

Adjustments/Refinements

We want you to love your hair. If, for any reason, you feel that you need an adjustment following your service with us, please notify us within 7 days of your visit. Complimentary adjustments are offered only when aligned with the original consultation and with the stylist who originally performed the initial service.

Requests involving an entirely new look, length, tonal direction, style direction or stylist will result in additional charges. 

By booking your appointment, you are in agreement of the terms and policies stated on this page. 

 

Policy violations may result in a required 50% deposit for future appointments and, in some cases, restriction of future booking privileges at JSS.
